We're seeking a future team member for the role of TECHNOLOGY CONTROL ANALYSTto join our ASSET SERVICING ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGY CONTROL MANAGEMENTteam. This role is located in PUNE, MAHARASHTRA, MH - HYBRID.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Responsible for the execution of Risk Framework practices – Control issue logging, monitoring, and closure. Policy exception management
Create and update risk reports and dashboards using various reporting tools and platforms, such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL, etc. Ensure the reports and dashboards are accurate, reliable, consistent.
Publish Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports on operating efficiency of Key Engineering control to stakeholders.
Monitor KRI for Engineering processes along with emerging threats to determine Product/Platform impact.
Aid application teams on Information Technology and Information Security Control Implementation Requirement.
Identity, evaluate, report, and escalate risks in line with the Technology Control Framework, utilizing relevant tools and analytical techniques.
Review activity to remediate control gaps and assess the risk has been fully mitigated.
Automate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to bring in efficiency.
Support relevant risk programs: audit response, regulatory inquiry, and response, etc.
Drive proactive risk culture within the organization.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or related field.
At-least 8 years of experience in technology risk and assessments, risk reporting preferably in financial organization.
Proficient in data analysis using Tableau or Excel.
Proficient in Python.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Able to learn new tools and technologies quickly and adapt to changing business needs.
