We're seeking a future team member for the role ofSenior Associate, Technical Product Specialist and App Delivery Analystto join ourBNYteam to oversee the technology solutions supporting Corporate Services- Real Estate, Location Strategy, and Workplace Experience. This role will focus on applications that drive workplace services including Travel & Expense, Corporate Cards, Commute Management, Mail Room Services, and other corporate amenities. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of applications, ensure alignment with business objectives, and enhance the overall employee experience. This role is inPune, Maharashtra –HYBRID.
What You Will Do
Required Skills:
Lead the end-to-end management of corporate service applications (e.g., travel & expense, corporate cards, mailroom, commute, workplace amenities) ensuring stability, performance, and alignment with business goals.
Oversee vendor relationships, application support, upgrades, and integrations while ensuring timely issues resolution to minimize disruption to business services.
Maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and integrations for all managed applications.
Ensure that applications meet corporate governance and compliance requirements, including data security and privacy standards.
Conduct regular audits and maintain controls to mitigate operational risks.
Manage data loads, perform data integrity checks.
Configure workflows, alerts, reports, ETL and more.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience in application management, preferably in corporate services, real estate, or workplace experience.
Experience with travel and expense management systems, corporate cards, mail room services, or commute management tools is highly desirable.
Proven ability to partner with business stakeholders and vendors to deliver successful outcomes.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Familiarity with data security, compliance standards, and risk management in corporate environments.
Experience with system integrations and process automation.
Comfortable with application management, integration, and troubleshooting.
Strong analytical skills, result-oriented paired with highly structured working style and good sense of responsibility, flexibility, and team player
Having knowledge on SQL Server to solve technical issues or perform advanced configurations.
