Senior Associate, Production Services Application Support Analyst

We're seeking a future team member for the role ofSenior Associate, Production Services Application Support Analystto join our team. This role is in Pune -MH – HYBRID.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Maintains and supports FX/Fixed Income/Reg Reporting applications and their operating environment.
Performs complex troubleshooting as a subject matter expert in one or more applications.
Works to ensure appropriate monitoring and alerting setup.
Performing root cause analysis and problem management for complex problems to address underlying technical issues.
Collaborates with business and application development stakeholders.
Production readiness reviews for new releases and validate the supportability of changes prior to introduction into production.
Monitors changes to applications and their operating environment.
Analyzes any complex issues.
Create and maintain support documentation and procedures
To be successful, we're seeking interest in the follow areas:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required
4-6 years of experience in applications support or production environment required; experience in the financial services industry is a plus
Coordinated with front office and other support teams, locally and globally, to address trade related enquiries and issues
Analytic and data driven experience in supporting applications part of the Trade Lifecycle
Experience in supporting Java, .NET based applications
Experience with IBM MQ/ messaging and Rabbit MQ middleware queues
Experience with SQL and Oracle databases and writing complex SQL queries.
Experience with monitoring tools – Splunk, AppDynamics, Prometheus, Grafana, Moog soft or related solutions
Experience in deployment and strong debugging skills
Familiarity with ITIL Service Management.
Troubleshoot and escalate alerts that cannot be resolved to appropriate section
Prioritize and handle service requests, incidents, change management and problem tickets
Should be willing to work on weekends and shifts
