Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Sales and Client Acquisition:Drive sales efforts to acquire new clients and expand business within the F&B ONDCsegment.Utiliseprevious experience with F&B marketplaces to identify and approach potentialclients.Buildand maintain strong relationships with F&B merchants to ensure client satisfaction and long-termpartnerships.Actas the primary POC for generating leads, conducting meetings, and explaining the ONDC framework and how Pai Platforms as a Seller App can support their e-commercegoals.Sendproposals, close agreements, and coordinate with the onboarding team for any documentation or details required to take clients live onONDC.Analysemarket trends and client needs to understand the competition and how to differentiate fromcompetitors.Provideinsights and recommendations to stakeholders based on marketanalysis.Stayupdated on the ONDC platform and its benefits for F&Bmerchants.Maintainaccurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and performancemetrics.Prepareand present sales reports and performance analyses tomanagement.Collaboratewith internal teams, including onboarding and support, to ensure a seamless experience forclients.Providefeedback to product and tech teams based on client interactions andrequirements.Addressany queries or issues raised by clients during and after the onboarding process.
