We're seeking a future team member for the role of SENIOR ANALYST
to join our GLOBAL CLIENT CHANGE team. This role is located in PUNE, MAHARATSHTRA – HYBRID.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Collaborate with stakeholders to manage monthly MIS for business activities and generate varied reports, including Legal Entity, Self Service Dashboard, Financial Dashboards, and Project Audit reports, to distill and emphasize essential points and actions for communication to all levels of stakeholders:Legal Entity Level - LE Report
Self Service Dashboard – Demand/Project Reports
Project Audit Observation tracking & reporting
Monthly Business Dashboard Report
Develop process SOPs/Process Flows
Tracking of senior management goals and initiatives & delivering quarterly MIS reports for their review.
Conduct headcount analysis covering leavers and new joiners, encompassing reporting, organizational chart updates, and administering impacted functions like systems access, signatures database, and contacts database.
Maintenance of governance framework by coordinating updates to Terms of References (TORs), maintaining the Governance and Compliance Database, and handling other ad-hoc requests related to static data.
Administer the Global Client Change SharePoint site & provide support to the Business for various ad-hoc administrative requests.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Experience in management reporting, preparation, and presentation to senior leadership
Proficient in translating data into actionable insights that can be communicated to stakeholders at all levels
Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Knowledge of Tableau/Power BI is preferred
Self-starter capable of assessing information, identifying key points, and highlighting them
Strong time management abilities to meet reporting deadlines and manage priorities
Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively
Good business acumen with the capacity to validate and challenge assumptions
Adaptable attitude
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
