How will you make an impact in this role?
Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.
The selected candidate for this role will work in the Business Insights Team within CFR Business Unit, which has centralized Bluelight MIS platform that provides easy access to thousands of credit fraud and risk metrics, consumed across CFR Strategy Teams. This role will provide opportunities to lead the team to deliver critical metric and insights to senior CFR leadership.
· Lead end to end Big Data Integration processes for building critical metrics from disparate source systems (including RDBMS, Hadoop and multi-dimensional cube ecosystems), with 100% accuracy and 100% on time delivery - Deliver strategic insights to key partners using tools like Tableau, Power BI & SiSense
· Drive automation initiatives within existing processes and fully optimize delivery effort and processing time - Effectively handle relationship with 20+ risk partners across multiple geographies.
· Ability to develop key performance indicators (KPIs) basis business requirements.
· Perform Demos and Launch Announcements with key stakeholders to demonstrate success and metrics of improvement.
· Follow industry best agile practices to deliver on key priorities.
· Finds opportunities to adopt innovative technologies.
· Provides continuous support for ongoing application availability
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required; Bachelor's (or comparable experience) in computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline.
· 2+ years of experience in Software Product Management, Business Analysis or Product Ownership.
· Experience managing data publication products such as APIs and events and/or Big Data, Analytics and AI products.
· Experience in Tableau, Power BI & Sisense and Microsoft SSIS / SSAS is an added advantage.
· Ability to optimize SQL/Hive queries to reduce the execution time.
· Python / PySpark – Nice to have
· Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
· Identify risks, challenges, opportunities, and business integration needs.
· Review existing products and workflows for modernization opportunities.
· Knowledge of Platforms (Only for internal candidates): Cornerstone / LUMI
· Prioritize development of the software product in alignment with business objectives.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Project management skills, ability to prioritize and complete tasks.
· Quick learner and driven to learn new functionality.
