This role is located atChennai, Tamil Nadu – Hybrid.In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.Proven organization and time management skillsDemonstrated logical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skillsTo be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Master's degree or equivalent to Finance and Accounting background7-10 years of experience in managing a teamExperience in analyzing business requirements, developing test plans, and discrepancy resolution. Required Licensing/Registration: Series 7 and 24 would be preferred.Self-motivated and detail orientedShould be confident and high level of knowledge in Capital Market and ProductsShould have knowledge in Reconciliation, Portfolio accounting or fund accounting and Geneva application experience is preferred.Should have knowledge in MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Adapt and flexible with shifts and willing to support on Weekends, Holidays (Both India and US Holidays) andflexibility in cross region mobility as and when business requires.Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.At BNY Mellon, our inclusive culture speaks for itself.
