Senior Associate, Cash Processing/Funds Transfer

We're seeking a future team member for the role Senior Associate, Cash Processing/Funds Transfer to join our Lockbox team. This role is located in Chennai, TN-Hybrid.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Analyzes and defines business requirements and functional specifications for small to moderate sized projects.
Formulates and defines system scope and objectives. Interfaces with areas of IT, External vendors and global stakeholders on behalf of the business to resolve business processes.
Collects and defines business requirements and translates them into test planning and user documentation processes.
Formulates project scope, objectives, constraints and assumptions based upon user needs as well as knowledge of the application.
Participates in onboarding new clients to BNY platform using check services by analyzing business process flows or client requests and identifying changes.
Supports testing and maintenance of check services applications and/or systems.
Ensure adherence to defined deadlines and quality standards to meet client needs.
Participate in client calls to understand requirements and coordinate with IT to bring these requirements deployed into BNY systems.
Notify different teams of new Image Cash Letter project for email acks, setups to be installed in UAT.
Effective coordination with various teams, viz. Business Rules, Transport layer Security, Global File Transfer System (GFTS), Check Processing Developer Assistance (CPDA) and Client Service Technical Support (CSTS).
Candidate should be able to work on different projects with skills in application maintenance and static set ups. Work as the first point of contact for new clients onboarding to the bank.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Business analysis experience in a financial institution preferred, with proven analytical abilities.
Experience in project management methodologies.
Experience in generating process documentation and reports.
Excellent communication tailored for a variety of target audiences.
Excellent time management and task prioritization skills.
Ability to learn quickly and take responsibility for own learning and development.
Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work under time pressure.
A team player, focused on consistently achieving both Individual and company goals.
