Job Description
Review all types of Canada or US individual income tax returns.
Demonstrate a high level of proficiency of tax technical knowledge.
Manage the engagement team -Set performance measurements and ensure that performance goals, including engagement economics, turnaround time and quality targets are met.
Identify and lead new services that the service line can perform at the VVN.
Develop, mentor, and supervise Associates & Specialists.
Demonstrate leadership and executive presence.
Communicate progress and project status to all stakeholders.
Knowledge of the firm policies related to confidentiality and data privacy, client acceptance and engagement letters, tax return preparer guidelines and knowledge-sharing. Adhere to practice protocol and other internal processes consistently.

Qualifications and Experience
Qualification: Commerce Graduate/Postgraduate, MBA
Experience: 3-6 years in Canada or US Individual Taxation in a recognized firm or a Big4.
Excellent communication skills.
Sound technical knowledge with respect to US or Canadian Individual taxes.
Should have experience reviewing US or CA Tax Returns for least 12-18 months.
Should have prior experience interacting with Foreign offices and assignees.
Needs to have strong technical knowledge to respond to assignees. • Strong technical knowledge & analytical thinking ability.
