We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Administration and Planning to join our BNY Investments Global Distribution Business Operations team. This role is located in Pune, MH – HYBRID.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Support the administration of the first line of defence business resiliency framework, independently working on business continuity deliverables to comply with BNY's policies and business standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
Maintain business continuity records in technology software used at BNY and maintain level of knowledge on corporate requirements and processes.
Act as key point of contact for the BNY resiliency team and the line of business continuity plan and functional owners to support and/or deliver resiliency activities.
Administer resiliency recovery strategies and playbooks for the line of business, coordinate tabletops and testing, and support functional leaders in the event of a crisis, continuity incident or business disruption.
Support the administration of the critical vendor oversight framework within the line of business, including oversight of service delivery and service review meetings support.
Monitor and/or support the delivery of any improvements and/or remediation actions agreed with critical vendors to deliver improved client and firm outcomes, through continuous improvements of service excellence and maintenance of sound risk management processes.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
4-6 years of experience in financial services preferred; experience in investment management industry is preferred.
At least 3 years in business continuity management, risk management and/or related business functions.
Proven interpersonal skills and ability to positively challenge and influence others
Eagerness to learn and develop oneself, and ability to think outside the box
