Benefits Head
Position Overview
The primary responsibility is to develop and
implement a comprehensive rewards and compensation strategy that aligns with
the organization's overall goals and objectives while catering to the unique
needs of business
Key
responsibilities:

: Develop and execute a competitive
compensation strategy that attracts and retains top talent while aligning with the
budget and business objectives of business.

Conduct regular market research and
analysis to ensure the salary and compensation packages are competitive and
aligned with industry standards. Stay current with industry trends and
innovations in rewards and compensation to continuously enhance
offerings.

: Responsible for design and
deployment of Variable Plans

:
Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefits
programs, tailoring offerings to the specific business needs.
Design the structure and benefit for Expat and Executive compensation.

: Ensure that all compensation and
rewards programs across business are compliant with relevant laws, regulations,

: Effectively create communication
strategies (with the Communication team) and provide tailored education on
rewards strategies to employees, HR teams, and senior management in each
business unit.

:Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of
incentives/rewardsprograms/Health
Insurance etc within each business unit, identifying unit-specific trends and
making data-driven decisions.

: Lead and manage a team responsible
for rewards and compensation administration

Education & Experience:
Professional qualification
with Postgraduate in Management studies/Equivalent qualification from
reputed Institute.
At least 10-15 years of
experience in compensation and benefit including 2-3 years in leadership
role.
Extensive knowledge of
compensation and benefits programs, including market analysis.
Exceptional detailed
orientation.
Excellent interpersonal and communication
skills in order to interact effectively with employees and management in
identifying and resolving complex issues and conveying ideas.
Excellent stakeholder
management across hierarchies and departments
Good business understanding.
Business fluent knowledge of
English in spoken and written form desirable.
