Purpose of the position
You are a digital functional HR expert focusing on improving and accelerating HR processes and enable a delightful employee experience. The HR Functional Expert is a subject matter expert and trusted advisor within the Employee technical domain. She/He has a profound knowledge of SuccessFactors modules – Recruitment Employee central, Integration Center.
Key Areas of accountability/responsibility
Propose innovative information solutions to the business problems by making use of Digital (emerging) technologies in combination with existing HR solutions.
Leveraging best practice processes and technologies by convincing and explaining (sr.) stakeholders and their users of value-add. Stimulate leverage of existing information solutions and drive usage to achieve the projected business benefits
Accurately distinguish which issues are critical, demonstrate flexibility when prioritizing those issues. Build relationships and partner with teams cross-functionally as needed to ensure successful initiative execution and impart delivery excellence practices through these partnerships.
Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement by providing the several stakeholders information about performance and forward suggestions for improvements and/or cost reductions.
Find solutions for contradicting requirements and interests with different levels of management Understand a historically grown highly complex process and IT landscape
Leverage best practices throughout dsm-firmenich to maximize benefits at lowest possible costs. Able to design solutions from a green field perspective with the highest user experience satisfaction
Work effectively in a culturally diverse global organization and with teams located at different parts of the world
You Bring
Must have been working in HR technology workstream for 10+ years and minimum of 4+ years in SAP SuccessFactors experience.
Very good experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment, Employee central and integrations
At least two end to end Implementation consultant experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment, Employee Central and integrations.
Specific experience in functional integration to build interfaces with third-party systems using various adapters SuccessFactors OData, SFTP, HTTP, etc. by applying complex selection criteria and mapping tables.
Strong experience in Integration Center reports design, Intelligent Services Center, Compound employee API and OData API. Experience with integrations related to SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central, Eightfold AI recruiting, SAP BW & Analytics, Visier analytics.
Must possess customer-facing experience.
Ability to work independently.
