A Brief Overview
As the Manager, Talent Acquisition you will be instrumental in partnering with leaders across TriNet to identify the high-level talent needed to support all functions of the company. This role will be responsible for collaborating closely with the business and Corporate HR to drive the end-to-end recruitment process, ultimately attracting the next generation of key players to build an enduring company.

What you will do
Managing a team of Talent Acquisition professionals in the local India office. 

Collaborate with our People Business Partners, and leaders to proactively understand business needs, organization strategy and develop support plans for talent delivery to support their executive-level recruiting needs for critical roles. 

Lead and be accountable for end-to-end recruitment providing in-depth recruiting strategies, candidate assessments, tracking metrics and market intelligence to hiring managers. 

Build trust with both active and passive talent as a tenacious hunter with deep sourcing and market research skills. 

Support and facilitate executive recruiting/organizational planning projects (full cycle) while providing counsel to hiring leaders and PBPs regarding recruiting trends, concerns, and possibilities for hiring, to ensure a positive client experience. 

Act as the subject matter expert for the local hiring community in India. 

Align effective collaboration with the business, Corporate HR and corporate functions to achieve team alignment and shared vision of success 

Partner with leaders closely to understand their need and the required skills and abilities for each role and how best to identify talent pipelines and communities. 

Model a thoughtful candidate engagement experience that is relevant to the local talent. 

Ensure the presentation of high-quality executive candidates in accordance with diversity and regulatory goals and objectives for both internal and external searches. 

Use a data driven approach to identify metrics and evaluate the strength of the talent delivery funnel with senior hiring 

Fosters a learning culture within the team focused on coaching, regular feedback, accountability, and development that energizes colleagues. 

Work directly with a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partner. 

Performs other duties as assigned

Education Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required  

Experience Qualifications
Typically 8+ years experience in the field of Talent Acquisition and/or Human Resources required  

Typically 3+ years of senior/executive level recruiting preferred  

Typically 2+ years of early career or internship recruiting preferred  

Typically 2+ years managing a team of sourcers and recruiters preferred  

Skills and Abilities
Solid understanding of Talent Acquisition with focus on executive level recruiting  

Proven track record of influencing and navigating organizational boundaries and building positive relationships with all levels of partners to produce results  

A personal brand of management that speaks to inspirational qualities of committing to precision, solution oriented, active listening and engaging communicator  

Recruiting technology foresight and appetite to apply technology for increasing quality candidates and marketing/pipeline  

Skilled in evidence-based, data driven management of several business functions  

Keen eye for the details in the data  

Excellent verbal and written communication skills  

Ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization  

Strong knowledge and understanding of both state and federal employment laws  

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills  

Excellent presentation and facilitation skills  

A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace  

Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities  

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite  

Highly effective leadership skills reflecting ownership/accountability, critical thinking, collaboration, demonstrated ability to inspire and empower others, promote inclusivity, transparency and resiliency
