We are currently seeking a Salesforce Architect to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka (IN-KA), India (IN).
Responsibilities:
Leading the effort for defining the strategies for data architecture, design & build across salesforce platform.
Define application architectural design and solution to align with integration strategies across different application/system & platforms.
Analysis of business requirement and design technical solution based on salesforce best practice development.
Analyze business requirements and design technical solution by modelling requirements and applying standard development best practices.
Manage project lifecycle and delivery, requirement estimation, design and solution development as per business requirement by analyzing existing and newly proposed business processes
Manage backlog estimation, requirement, impact analysis, design and development.
Work closely with developers, admins, BAs to mitigate any system performance risk by evaluating the development work very closely.
Interact with business SMEs to understand business processes and come up with technical solution.
Leading technical teams for design, development, configuration, integration, and testing effort including platform maintenance and production support in compliance with best practices.
Implementation of full-life cycle large/small scale projects from inception to final production deployment.
Manage salesforce project delivery, requirement estimation, design, and development efforts.
Process automation, design, coding, and configuration assessment for improved platform performance.
Building custom solutions by defining the data/application architecture and design on business functions.
Technical and domain knowledge sharing across various business units within the organization.
Conduct code reviews, troubleshooting technical issues, documenting designs and best practices.
Collaborate with Salesforce Admins, Business Analysts, and Developers to mitigate any system risk.
Acting as a Salesforce CRM technical POC between key business stakeholder and sales teams.
Performing periodic code/configuration reviews as per the salesforce best practices across the platform.
Leadership communication for updates on production issues, technology glitches, and system upgrades.
Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and help-related materials for users as Salesforce and associated applications are developed.
Regularly report on support activities, including detailed root cause analyses and strategic recommendations for reducing future support issues, thereby optimizing technical solutions and enhancing the ROI on our Salesforce investment.
Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
Follow the standard coding principles while developing/maintaining the new/existing functionality as a part of application development.
Monitor and support escalated severity Salesforce Cases.
Escalate higher severity Salesforce Cases to either Salesforce Admin team or Salesforce Development team
Submit business process improvement ideas that translate into actionable solutions to enhance business and user experience

Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes.
Experience Required:
Minimum five (6) years of experience as a Salesforce.com architect in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment.
Saleforce.com Certified Administrator certification, Certified Platform Developer I
Preferred certifications: Certified Platform Developer II, Platform App Builder, Data Architect, Integration Architect, Application Architect.
Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.
Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality.
Strong data management abilities.
A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion.
A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate requirements.
