It was started in 2013 with a vision to be India's Most Reputed and Preferred Boom lift Rental Company with focus on increasing Safety Standards on a job site. They are merger of two companies which are 30 years old with a combined fleet of over 125 cranes and having presence across most parts of India with an employee strength of 180 employees including the operators.Position Title: Sales Support/CoordinatorQualifications: Any GraduateExperience: 3+ YearsLocation: - Ghatkopar, MumbaiRoles & Responsibilities: -Proactively schedule and coordinate meetings with clients, utilizing video conferencing tools and arranging face-to-face meetings where appropriate.Responsible to answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.Convert leads into sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and effectively communicating the value proposition of our services.Handle inquiries from potential clients, providing accurate information and delivering quotations in a timely manner.Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.Follow up with leads and prospects to ensure timely closure of sales deals.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales processes and delivery of services.Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to build long-term relationships with clients.Skills Set:Proven experience in sales support or customer service roles, preferably within a service-based company.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.Ability to understand customer requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
