Good experience working on Staff Augmentation , Contract to Hire

Should have hands on exposure working on job boards such as Naukri, Monster, Times jobs, LinkedIn & other headhunting techniques.
Candidates should be extremely motivated self-starter with ability to multi task and prioritize.
Should be smart & aggressive with solid negotiation and closing skills.
