Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our international sales efforts. This individual will play a pivotal role in expanding Wizikey's footprint across global markets by identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement strategies to penetrate and expand Wizikey's presence in international markets.
Identify key growth opportunities and create tailored sales plans for different regions.
Client Acquisition & Management:
Build and manage a pipeline of prospects, nurturing them through the sales funnel.
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with international clients.
Market Insights:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to enhance offerings for international clients.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment in delivering value to clients.
Partner with RevOps to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
Targets & KPIs:
Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.
Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including conversion rates, pipeline health, and customer retention.
Qualifications
Proven track record of 3+ years in SaaS sales, with significant experience in international markets.
Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets in B2B environments.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with C-level executives.
Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent.
Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable to the fast-paced dynamics of a startup environment.
Preferred Skills
Understanding of PR-Tech or media monitoring solutions is a plus.
Experience working in the UAE, European markets.
Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and refine strategies.
