Job Responsibilities:Handling the sales vertical with hands-on working alongside nurturing and supporting the team of sales executivesStrategic support to the management with respect to how to scale the businessExpanding the range and depth of business with respect to different productsRequirements and Skills:Master's Degree or equivalent work experience in Banking Industry. Someone in the loan distribution space is a strong preference.Must have at least 2-3 years of working experience in the banking industry and should have worked as a TL/ASM in some financial institutionExcellent communication skills both in English and HindiWell-versed with Excel, Word and PowerPointPresentable Personality alongside strong leadership skills
