If you meet the requirements and are passionate aboutdriving sales in the security industry,we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the security industry.Strong knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and client needs.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing successful business strategies.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Responsibilities:Develop a strong understanding of our existing and potential clients, and identify business growth opportunities in line with our strategic plans.Ensure compliance with minimum wage laws and other regulatory requirements, with a background in the security industry.Conduct thorough market and industry analysis, track competitor activities, and provide insights to enhance strategic planning and decision-making.Devise and implement effective relationship strategies to secure new business profitably, focusing on strategic clients.Identify niche markets and innovative services to enhance the Company's competitive advantage and profitability.Cultivate strong relationships in the Facility Management sector, addressing customer needs effectively.Prepare a comprehensive business plan that aligns with the Company's vision and mission.Meet or exceed sales targets, develop business plans, and offer continuous support for relationship enhancement.Collaborate closely with the operations team to maximize business development and sales opportunities, managing high-value leads effectively.Ensure accurate and timely compilation of all sales monitoring and reporting activities.Develop client relationships based on solution-oriented business practices that promote excellence.Identify and promote the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators based on market and competitor knowledge.Work towards enhancing the company's performance in alignment with its goals and objectives.Define long-term strategic goals, cultivate key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close deals, and stay updated on market conditions.Prepare all necessary client presentations at various stages of the sales process.Oversee the smooth handover of awarded projects to the operations team for execution.
