Sales Executive

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet and service customers to the best of the candidate ability.
Provide accurate information to customers (e.g., product features, pricing, uses,
etc)
Upselling and Cross-sell products. Striving to achieve sale targets.
Assisting the Store manager to manage the inventory in the showroom.
Manage customer complaints and returns of merchandise.
Conduct stock audit on a daily basis and to assist the inventory team during
audits.
To take responsibility for cleanliness and maintenance of the store.
Stay up to date with new products and ensure sales on new launches.
