Main Responsibilities of a Sales CoordinatorYour main responsibilities will include:Boosting sales effectiveness & productivity by contacting customers to arrangeappointments and ensuring up-to-date sales materialsAssisting sales teams with administrative tasks and coordinationHandling sales logistics and shipment coordinationHandling sales inquiries and orders by phone or emailPreparing and processing sales orders and quotationsAssisting with sales presentations and materials preparationDeveloping and maintaining a filing system for managing sales databases andupdating sales recordsCollaborating with marketing and finance teams on sales-related tasksKey Requirements of Sales CoordinatorYou have a diploma/degree in Commerce, or a related field with 4+yrs of workexperienceready to work in EU shiftYou have solid prior experience in a similar roleYou possess excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skillsYou have strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
