Preparing reports to highlight issues and problems and distributing the reports to the relevant people based on audit observations2.Determine gap in operations by establishing standard processes using accounting standards3.Collecting operational data from various sources for books keeping and entries4.Identifies financial status by comparing and analysing actual results with plans and forecasts5.Improves financial status by analysing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to concern teams.6.Reconciles various type of transactions by comparing and correcting data7. Strong track record of driving Receivables Management in a B2B arrangement8. Hands on with Management Reporting and MIS requirements.9. Person will be expected to drive timely payments and keeping the DSO within the ideal range10. Close co-ordination with Business team and other Internal stakeholders for timely dispute closures11. Performing timely checks and raising alarms on stuck issues12. Person should possess good analytical skills and should be able to drive process improvements for productivity enhancement.Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role1. 8+ Years work experience in Finance and reporting2. Must have Understanding of detailed accounting processes3. Determines gap in operations by establishing standard processes using accounting standards4. Good hands on tool like MS Excel, MS Access etc5. Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data recommends actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses6. Experience in various internal and external audit closure7. Person should be able to build a strong relationship and mapping with the Customer to enhance collection efficiency.8. Good knowledge of revenue accounting, financial book closures and handling audits.9. Occasional travel for client interaction in respect of managing receivables will be required10.
