About this opportunity:Join Ericsson to embark on an exciting opportunity in the role of Operations Support! You will play a crucial role in enhancing operational activities within our local operations team. You will be responsible for ensuring our teams are equipped with the necessary resources, adequate training, processes, tools and systems to undertake their roles effectively. You will support the field services and contribute to their high performance and progress.
What you will do:- Streamline management, logistics, and administration for the Field Services organization.
- Coordinate and manage services from FSO and ASP.
- Monitor and report on the operational performance of ASPs and other third parties.
- Drive adherence to operational processes and continual service improvement activities.
- Secure Working Level Agreements (WLA), Operating Level Agreements (OLA), and local targets.
- Play a key role in managing change impacting the customer's infrastructure.
