As the Regional Sales Lead, of ANH India, you will be responsible for leading and developing the Poultry business inIndia. Under the matrix organization, the Regional Sales Lead will also be responsible for ensuring the collaboration and alignment between premix operations and Go-to-market, as well as representing the role in the West GAPAC team underdsm-firmenich.

Your key responsibilities
To lead the Poultry Business (Broilers, Breeders & Layers) for Essential Products and Performance Solutions in the defined area with the help of Account Managers by managing direct key accounts and Distributors in line with company strategy and in accordance with company guidelines to deliver business results and long-term customer relationship objectives. Develop the team members to build successful career in the organisation.
To co-create area strategy and implement it. Translate the strategy into Financial profitability. Work both strategically and tactically and be accountable for top line revenue, profit and collections. To collaborate with other team members from other functions and with Performance solutions team to ensure objectives are met
Lead, motivate and coach the ANH India Poultry team closely collaborating with various levels of the organization to ensure customer support and create new business opportunities
To build sustainable networks in key accounts in the defined area, both through direct engagement and using key internal stakeholders to protect existing business and accelerate development of new business opportunities. To be abreast of all regulatory matters impacting customers and movement of goods in the defined area. Monitor the complaint process and ensure an appropriate complaint settlement with the account within the agreed timeline.
Monitor and benchmark competitive products, market requirements and competitive business strategies (competitive profiling) and incorporate benchmarking and competitive profiling in account and sales plans.
To be fully compliant with all company policies including SHE policies & guideline. Execute the job within the applicable QESH structure and system, provide proposals as and when applicable for further enhancing the QESH structure and system and contribute to ensure a safe and healthy working place.
Keep abreast of and share competitor and market activity and highlight potential market opportunities
Plan and implement sales, profit margins & market share growth according to agreed targets and market share objectives
Create stakeholder alliances (internal and external) to achieve business outcomes
Lead, motivate, manage, and develop employees in the local market. Partner with local HR to develop a foundation that is in line with Dsm-Firmenich guidelines to develop people & talents
Responsible for customer management. Establish long-term relationships with strategic accounts and relevant stakeholders in the value chain
You bring
Minimum 10 years in managing & leading a successful multi-disciplinary team & having extensive experience in the animal health industry, food industry or related industries.
Significant marketing / commercial experience
Ability to relate across cultures and good customer management, high capacity for staff development and coaching.
Good managerial and negotiation skills, financial competence, and strong interpersonal skills
Leadership experience with large teams in different cultures with the high level of integrity
