We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated RBAC Analyst Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of analysts to onboard entitlements into our Identity and Access Governance (IAG) platform. This includes software features, physical/badging entitlements, access to filers, and other critical entitlements. This is an outstanding opportunity to be instrumental in hiring and building a new team that will play a meaningful role in protecting Micron's intellectual property!
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of analysts in onboarding entitlements into the IAG platform. Foster team development, morale, and career growth.
Define operational and performance metrics, monitor team and individual performance, and drive the team to success.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze entitlement requirements.
Partner with organizational and area representatives to ensure role design aligns with "least privilege" principles while minimizing potential business disruption
Coordinate and schedule go-live deployments, factoring in collaborator availability, holidays, and balancing work across the organization.
Drive activities before, during, and after RBAC implementation by performing data analysis, showing incredible attention to detail, and coordinating SOEs (sequence of events) between the RBAC team, IAM platform owners, LDAP, AD, and entitlement policy authorities to ensure a smooth implementation with minimal impact on the business.
Monitor for access disruptions during "hypercare" and ensure impacted users regain access by making identified role adjustments.
Lead both short- and long-term projects to enhance the program, identify gaps and opportunities for improvement, streamline and automate processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
Seamlessly coordinate activities with a parallel team in Mexico, ensuring the teams are aligned on their processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
Solid understanding of RBAC, Identity and Access Governance (IAG) principles and platforms.
Experience with entitlement management, directory services, and onboarding processes.
Superb attention to detail, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Leadership, mentorship, motivational and team management skills.
Skilled in advanced Microsoft Excel data manipulation
Hands-on experience within Micron's IAG environment is highly desirable. Candidates with a pre-existing network of contacts, and knowledge of Micron's roles, organizational structure, and software applications will be given preference.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent certifications/professional experience. Related disciplines considered.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in identity and access management, with a focus on RBAC.
Leadership experience preferred
