Qualtrics Consultant

TheImplementation Analystwill be responsible for implementing and configuring software solutions for our clients, ensuring successful deployment and integration with their existing systems. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.Must Have:5+ years experience in running employee experience projects inQualtrics.3+ years hands-on experience inQualtrics EX platformacross product SKUs like Candidate Experience, Engagement, Adhoc Surveys etc.Knowledge and experience with TextiQ, StatsiQ, Workflows etc. is highly preferred.Hands on experience in MS Excel.Proficiency in Qualtrics survey platform.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Knowledge and/or a statistical background will be preferred.Good to Have:Experience in HR/OB research.Familiarity with statistical analysis tools such as SPSS, R, or Python.Knowledge of experimental design and research methodologies.Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, or Power BI).Knowledge of SQL is a plus!Experience with a large, multi-country organization is preferred.Strong multitasking and analytical skills.Responsibilities:Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, understand business processes, and identify system integration needs.Configure and customize software solutions according to client specifications, using a variety of tools and technologies.Technical Support resource with Good Knowledge Excel & SQLKnowledge/ Experience on SSRS reports.Positions involving data mapping require strong analytical and technical skills.Develop and maintain implementation documentation, including project plans, technical specifications, and training materials.Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system functionality and ensure alignment with client expectations.Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, communicating project status, issues, and resolutions effectively.Monitor implementation timelines and milestones, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
