Job Description
In this position you will:
Drive a culture of continuous improvement by training employees to identify and act on improvement opportunities, integrating both management-driven and employee-driven initiatives.
Set and track cost-saving targets using data-driven insights, with a transparent reporting system to monitor progress and uphold accountability.
Identify and prioritize improvement opportunities through stakeholder feedback and data analysis, coordinating cross-functional projects that align with business goals, budgets, and timelines, and implementing cost-effective solutions to enhance efficiency and measure impact through key performance metrics.
Support the smooth transition of new services from various territories to VVN, ensuring adherence to processes, methodology, and timely reporting.
Support the rollout and monitoring of quality standards, manage data reporting and analytics, and establish follow-up mechanisms to ensure ongoing quality improvements.
Qualifications and Experience
Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA
Proven experience in financial services, accountancy or tax
Practical knowledge of Power BI, Alteryx, and Microsoft App and/or other commonly used data analytics and data visualization tools
Proven experience in process improvement or project management roles of min 3 Years
Project management or Lean Six Sigma expertise with the ability to manage projects within budgets
This is a hybrid role, with few visits a month onsite required. The office location is Kolkata, but candidates based in Bangalore or Katowice, Poland will be considered.
