We are currently seeking a Quality & Performance Manager to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka (IN-KA), India (IN).
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct Test Execution and complete required Test Artifacts
Contributes to project planning, estimation and project tracking
Manages the test environment
Conduct peer reviews on test artifacts and records
Provides technical leadership on one highly complex application or multiple low-medium complexity applications
May create, debug and maintain automated test scripts in accordance with requirements
Should update/create existing methods and automation framework maintenance
Analysing requirements and write/update test cases as per requirements
Perform test execution to ensure that application is working as per requirements
Required Skills:
5+ of experience in high tech industry. Working experience in test methods, system integration, problem analysis and troubleshooting, programming concepts, scripting
Knowledge of software testing and QA methodologies
Experience in Agile and\or Lean Development (Kanban)
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Experience with SQL 2008 (and up) and Windows OS (2012, 2016 and 10), including setup and configuration
Experience with Test Management Tool (i.e. Microsoft TFS and MTM)
Knowledge on Agile and/or Lean Development (Kanban)
Desired Skills:
Previous experience with Git, Jenkins, Maven (nice to have)
Work as an Agile team member participating in backlog grooming, sprint planning and task estimation
Represent QA in any technical discussion, decision and design involved during product development
Performance, scalability and longevity testing of web and mobile applications and it's underlying infrastructures
Strong logic and analytic skills
Methodical and attention to details
