We are looking for a OHS & Quality Lead who will provide comprehensive Health & Safety support for respective Circle in the customer unit (CU), coordinate responsibilities to meet business needs and ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements and Quality procedures, Ensure all project deliveries with Quality and as per Ericsson standards.
Main responsibilities:
• Ensure delivery quality of execution and first time right (FTR) in Circle.
• Implement Quality in circle through Audits, Performance monitoring & governance with suppliers.
• Ensure to reduce the number and severity of Health & Safety incidents in Circle operations.
• Ensure Zero fatal incidents by implementing and giving to safe work practices and procedures for projects and executions in circle.
• To improve Employee/ASP knowledge and understanding of OHS issues contributing to incident and non-conformance.
• To regularly drive proficiency development program for Employees and Suppliers on OHS & Product installation procedures and Quality
• To compile and analyze results from the Risk Assessments, incidents and other sources to identify areas of improvements.
• Coordinate and support to drive Ramp Up of teams in circle by conducting different checks, verification, and competence development programs.
• To Ensure usages of Tools and Techniques for Trainings and maintaining OHS & Quality by ASPs and Employees.
Qualification:
• Education: Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom)
• Min years of experience: 12-15 years and demonstrated ability in Network Roll Outs (NRO), OHS and Field Quality
• Excellent leading and supervising skills combined with a results-oriented demeanor.
• Experience as Quality & OHS Auditor
• Experience on Documentation management of deployment notices and acknowledgements and in depth understanding of quality Assurance procedures and relevant standards
• Delivering results and meet customer expectations
