As a QA Manager at DAZN, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the quality assurance efforts for our cutting-edge sports streaming platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products that meet or exceed customer expectations. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing the user experience for millions of sports fans worldwide.
Responsibilities :
Lead a team of QA engineers in planning, executing, and managing the testing process across various projects and releases.
Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases that align with project requirements and goals.
Collaborate with software development, product management, and other stakeholders to define testing requirements and ensure clear communication of expectations.
Monitor and analyze testing metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvements.
Identify and prioritize test scenarios for automation and guide the automation efforts of the team.
Review and provide feedback on technical documentation, user stories, and other project-related materials to ensure clarity and testability.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and QA trends, and apply this knowledge to improve testing methodologies.
Provide mentorship and professional development for QA team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with 4 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Proven experience leading and managing QA teams in an agile development environment.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Familiarity with sports streaming or media entertainment industry a plus.
