The Project Manager provides full leadership and supervisory responsibility. Provides operational/service leadership and direction to team(s). Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge through provision of value-added perspectives or advisory services. May contribute to the development of new techniques, models and plans within area of expertise. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required. Generally has responsibility for volume, quality, timeliness of end results and shared responsibility for planning and budgets. Work affects an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family. Full supervisory responsibility, ensuring motivation and development of team through professional leadership to include duties such as performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary and terminations as well as direction of daily tasks and responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the daily execution of significant projects within a focus area and resolution of complex problems or transactions, where expertise is required to interpret against policies, guidelines or processes.
Full ownership for one or more processes, reports, procedures or products, and may also be considered analytical or procedural experts representing a unit or team on cross-function process or project deliverables.
May supervise day-to-day work of junior level employees, but will not typically have formal management role.
Manages one team (consisting of support staff and/or entry-level analysts).

Ensures creation of project plan and charter benefits management plan, stakeholder management plan, acceptance plan, and central project issue log.
Ensures resources are assigned to project & monitor commitment.
Ensures change control is executed throughout project.
Identifies, documents, and understands project dependencies Identify key stakeholders who participate in project scope definition.
Tracks actual project costs, identify variances, and reforecast project costs as needed.
Measures project management performance against standards.
Ensures appropriate project staffing levels.
Establishes project communication needs and create project communication plan.
Creates the project risk management plan.
Partners with cross function peers to create, administer, track, and eventually close project contracts.

Qualifications:
5-8 years of experience
Education:
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience

• Support DevOps Product Manager/Owner with execution of strategic program execution, monitoring and risk management.
• Establishing regular cadence with project stakeholders
• Managing and monitoring action items and milestones
• Program planning into JIRA epics, initiates and project plan to provide baseline dates
• Professional Release Management of all Project Components
(Dashboard, Cucumber Framework, Cypress Framework, Autocheckout)
• Coordinates regular consistent communiques for Consistent and professional Release Reporting for components
• Manage production release process
• Publishing Release Updates to Sharepoint, Community and Teams
• Organize testing and reports results
• Ensure Documentation updates for new features
• Organize Monthly Release demos and feature recording
• Manage processes for Production release
• Monitors and manages all compliance items to target due dates
• Run Scrum process diligently in JIRA with Project Plan
• Monitor Engineering DoD with Engineering Lead
• Review Release readiness of Sprint item with Product Owner/Manager
• Support Product Manager with Sprint candidate details and sprint readiness
• Ensure Test Automation Coverage for sprint features
• Review checklists for Engineering DoD and Acceptance for release
• Monitor continuous improvement of QE/QA
• Monitor coverage of testing and acceptance testing for sprint
• Ensure Weekly Reporting on QE with QA lead
• Manage L3 and Production issues with core team and contributors
• Coordinate Impact assessment of Production/L3 issues as per defined process
• Support Product Manager with Monthly Management Reporting
• Performance metrics reporting (monthly or live)
• Run Support Management and documentation improvement
• Weekly reporting to key Support KPIs
• Ensure reduction of knowledge issues using Documentation and Chatbot J
Expected Skills
• Need very familiar with using JIRA and use with SCRUM process
• Need to be comfortable with scheduling programs in JIRA or MSProject
• Needs to have at least 5 years experience working in agile or Scrum SDLC
• Need to be comfortable creating regular monthly program reporting in powerpoint / emails
• Need to be comfortable with excel for data analysis and analytics
• Excellent documentation, presentation and English written skills
