The Data Integration Lead Analyst is responsible for facilitating / executing the day-to-day activities that support the execution, enablement and adoption of the Data Transformation Plan and/or support of use cases through collaboration with Functions, Regions and Lines of Business. An ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines, strong interpersonal skills and project management expertise are required. The role requires sound analytical skills to filter, prioritize and validate complex and dynamic material from various sources to support with business requirement documents, data issues and analysis.
Responsibilities:
Support the metrics and analytics team to drive metrics production process for Banking and International Data
Examines and evaluates metric status, including identifying potential risks and issues that need escalation or change and proposing solutions to relevant stakeholders
Build materials relevant for metric submission or revisions/refinement or presentation content for Governance forums
Coordinate work within team or project group - escalate where required in a timely basis
Liaises with multiple Data teams/departments, and serve as subject matter for Banking and International metric production processes
Appropriately highlight the relevant dependencies and Risk in the processes.
Work with the team to get the information up to date before senior management review
Qualifications:
10+ years relevant experience in Banking or Finance project delivery preferred
Experience in delivering BAU support for metrics and analytical processes
Ability to be nimble and adjust priorities as needed
Excellent understanding of Microsoft suite, SQL, Python and other analytical tools
Strong knowledge of storyboarding and power point presentations
Education:
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, Master's degree preferred
