Job DescriptionPosition: Project CoordinatorLocation: Chandigarh & Bangalore Job Title:Project Coordinator, Program Management Location: IndiaWork in EST or PST time zone Job Description:The Zscaler Program Management team is looking for a project coordinator to support our growing organizationThe ideal candidate should possess good project management knowledge including an understanding of project methodologies and processes, along with skills in data analysis with the ability to produce clear and organized documentation including flow charts. Familiarity with Jira and ability to navigate and execute Jira queries and create Jira dashboards for supporting project tasks effectively. Technical background in infrastructure, servers, networks and data center operations is preferred Responsibilities:Assisting and supporting Project and program managers in administrative tasks such as data entry, record-keeping and updating documentationCommunicating program management status updates to relevant stakeholdersCreate and refine project/program management processes and documentation; maintain focus on reliability and continual improvements, and automation and scalingCreate Flow Charts to map out processes Configure and design Jira dashboardsQualification:3-5 years of technical project management in a dynamic and highly technical environmentProficient in Jira and confluence with ability to create and manage Jira Boards effectivelyExperience working collaboratively across organizations; strong leadership and interpersonal skills, experience building and fostering effective working relationshipsExcellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, attention to detail and enjoy working in an innovative environmentExcellent organizational skills including attention to details, time management, and multi-tasking skillsAbility to work on multiple tasks simultaneouslyData-driven approach to program management; building tools, collecting and analyzing data, and driving stakeholder buy-inSelf-driven and motivated to learn.
