Program Lead, Pm Practice Transformation

As the Program Lead, you are responsible for serving as the enterprise level product management transformation change agent leading programs and working teams to accelerate product innovation and business growth leveraging our own watsonX  genAI, to drive productivity and quality gains by modernizing the way PM work gets done.  Doing so, you drive productivity gains, employee satisfaction, expand capacity for our PMs to apply to higher-value work, and make elevate IBM's profile as a home where excellent product management is practiced.                                                                                                                    ResponsibilitiesCreate the vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for PM tools and PM process transformationEstablish working delivery teams, influencing and securing SME participation from inside Software teams to participate in co-creation using a best in class operating modelLead teams through rigorous process mapping to identify and qualify opportunities to eliminate, simplify and automateDevelop trusted partnerships to collaborate and co-create with teams across the enterpriseBe the subject matter expert and contributing practitioner, for the transformation roadmapInfluence C-Level executives across Software to drive agreed outcomes for IBMDesign change management programs that drive adoption of new technology and associated approachesResponsible for validating outcomes against goals
