Job Summary:As the Delivery Practice Leader, you will drive the success of a global multi-cloud delivery practice focused on leading-edge platform and application solutions powered by Azure, AWS, and GCP. This role requires a strategic leader who can build and scale a profitable business, and foster customer relationships across industries in addition to building next-gen leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
Grow a multi-cloud delivery practice globally, offering solutions powered by Azure, AWS, and GCP to address diverse customer needs.
Drive the execution of integrated business plan, balancing Racker-led and partner-led delivery models and setting and managing clear performance objectives.
Serve as the P&L leader for the multi-cloud practice, with responsibility for revenue, margin, and utilization targets.
Maintain forecasting accuracy and operational excellence for all delivery engagements.
Represent the practice at the executive level, articulating strategy, growth metrics, and operational success to senior leadership and customers.
Partner with field sales and go-to-market teams to build and harvest digital transformation and business innovation solutions.
Collaborate with Azure, AWS, and GCP teams to build strategic initiatives, co-sell opportunities, and expand the business.
Oversee the solutioning and delivery of large-scale, complex, multi-cloud engagements that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Ensure high-quality delivery through a globally distributed delivery model, driving customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Lead and inspire a global, cross-functional team of engineers, consultants, enterprise architects, and delivery managers.
Build a world-class talent pipeline by attracting, developing, and retaining top professionals in cloud platforms, application development, and consulting.
Champion a culture of innovation, inclusion, and professional growth across the practice.
Act as a technical thought leader, driving innovation and serving as a trusted advisor to internal teams, customers, and partners.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related fields
10-15 years of relevant work experience and a minimum of 5 years in direct people management required.
Proven P&L leadership experience in building and scaling multi-cloud practices, preferably within a consulting or systems integration organization.
Broader understanding and expertise in Azure, AWS, and GCP solutions, including platform-native capabilities, cloud-native application development, and hybrid/multi-cloud strategies.
Deep experience in delivering large-scale, global engagements across diverse industries with measurable business outcomes.

•The anticipated starting pay range for Colorado is: $161,000-$236,060.
•The anticipated starting pay range for the states of Hawaii and New York (not including NYC) is: $171,400-$251,350.
•The anticipated starting pay range for California, New York City and Washington is: $187,500-$275,000.
Unless already included in the posted pay range and based on eligibility, the role may include variable compensation in the form of bonus, commissions, or other discretionary payments. These discretionary payments are based on company and/or individual performance and may change at any time. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location.
