We are looking for Production Supervisor –
Traction Motors
You'll make a difference by
We
are currently looking for a Production Supervisor, Traction Motors at our
manufacturing factory in Nashik. Production supervisor will report to Manufacturing
Head.
The
job responsibilities of the Production Supervisor, include (but not limited to)
·Prepare
daily / weekly production plan and loading to the team daily for the production.
·Conduct
SFM meeting to progress every day and align for the weekly / monthly target for
the production.
·Update
the daily production updates to management with daily KPI target vs actuals.
·Ensure
the daily production output with maintaining Quality, safety while operations.
·Manage
all internal stake holders for maintaining the production without disruption.
·Confirming
the production by first time right by ensuring in production quality control
and mitigation for the quality issues without making any delay in production.
·To
reduce NCC root cause analysis of defects with using various tools like A3, 8D,
etc.
·Upgrading
production skills by job rotation in the team so on job skills development can
be done during normal production for the key manufacturing process.
·Ensuring
In process quality checks on the products daily. Also checking and maintaining
data for Resin parameters, etc.
·Ensures
not only assembly quality but also the health of the machinery along with best
EHS practices like 5S, Lean, TPM, etc.
·Maintains
quality standards by establishing and enforcing production standards
maintaining 5s in shop floor.
·Ensuring
the productivity of workmen, reduction in NCC, zero defects in production.
·Follows
up with Planning & Logistics for timely delivery of material for
Production.
Desired Skills:
·Diploma or Graduate in
Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
·Should have at least
6-8 years' experience in Traction Motor manufacturing processes.
·Experience in Coil
manufacturing, Winding, Stator, Rotor, Assembly and Leading People.
·Should be proficient in
English, Hindi and Marathi.
·Strong communication
and organizational skills
·Proficiency in using
Microsoft office suite and administrative applications.
·Self-motivated with a
results-driven approach with problem solving skills
