We have an exciting new opportunity for an experiencedProduct Ownerto join Zebra's Customer Success & Services business. Our mission is to accelerate technology adoption and enable customer outcomes. In this global role, covering SaaS software, the Product Owner leads product executionon the vision and strategy outlined by the Product Manager through owning the implementation of service products development to optimize the company's products and solutions. They apply industry experience and knowledge of Zebra's products, as well as the competitive environment, to translate market needs and business requirements to detailed product requirements. They own the near-term Program Increment Roadmap, team backlog, feature prioritization & implementation. The Software Product Owner also works cross functionally within Zebra with our highly innovative team of software engineers, data scientists, program managers and product managers.
Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for execution on global product vision and strategy, owning implementation ofSaaS products development.
Ownthe Program Increment Roadmap (across 1-3 quarters),team backlog,featureprioritization and implementation.
Communicate the vision and translate market needs and business requirements to detailed product requirements for the Agile development team. Negotiatefeature implementation and operational supportability trade-offs that may be needed, while preserving the integrity of business requirements.
Identify, consolidate, negotiate, and document features requirements based on the customers' operational goals and pain points. Balance the target business goals with any technology constraints.
Drives collaborative work, defend customer needs aligning with product strategy while negotiating against technical, time and price constraints with engineering, data science, operations, program management and product management. Develop, align on business objectives and execute to plan.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation; Leverage development KPIs, customer support and customer roadmap feedback to identify product quality and feature set improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience. Advanced Degree preferred.
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience.
At least 3 years' experience working Agile methodology.
Demonstrated experience in product management discipline and working in Agile delivery teams.
Experience with Product Management/Ownership; defining and maintaining product roadmaps.
Broad knowledge of Software as a Service (SaaS) and Android .
Demonstrated experience working independently and collaboratively on projects..
Strong attention to detail and quality, combined with data driven analytical skills
Customer Success, Customer Adoption and Customer Service values/orientation
Demonstrated experience trouble shooting and end user issues
Strong business acumen and industry knowledge in Retail / T&L preferred
Experience identifying and implement process improvements
Excellent communication skills
