Product Manager - Technical Go To Market

The Go to Market Product Manager, Technical Go to Market, partners with pre-sales and post-sales technical teams to define assets and training, and create those assets with product management and brand technical organizations, that are relevant to delivering a successful client experience every time.

Responsibilities:
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for partnering with technical teams such as Technical Sales, Support, and Technology Expert Labs, to scope, design, and deliver internal and external content to support the technical needs of our clients, including technical solutioning guidance, post-sales implementation guides, and troubleshooting content.  You will define a prioritized content plan and ongoing management cycle; content templates and guidance to ensure a consistent, quality deliverable every time; work with technical product managers to create targeted content; vet content with stakeholders to ensure it meets the needs, by audience type; maintain and grow the library over time.
