Your role will involveworking closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, prioritizefeatures, and deliver impactful solutions that enhance user experience and drivebusiness outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Strategy and Roadmap:Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for dashboard experiencescatering to brand, merchants, and internal operations.Identify key user pain points and opportunities for improvementthrough data analysis, user feedback, and market research.Requirements Gathering:Collaborate with stakeholders, including brand managers, merchants,and operations teams, to gather and prioritize requirements fordashboard features and functionalities.Translate business needs into clear and actionable productrequirements and user stories.Design and Development:Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and visuallyappealing dashboard designs that meet user needs and align withbrand guidelines.Partner with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-qualitydevelopment of dashboard features, following best practices andindustry standards.User Experience Optimization:Conduct usability testing, gather user feedback, and analyze data toiteratively improve dashboard usability, performance, and engagement.Implement data-driven optimizations and A/B testing strategies toenhance user experience and drive user adoption.Cross-functional Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product marketing,sales, and customer support, to ensure alignment of dashboardfeatures with overall product strategy and business objectives.Work closely with data analytics and business intelligence teams tointegrate relevant data sources and metrics into dashboards foractionable insights.Documentation and Training:Create and maintain documentation, user guides, and trainingmaterials to support users in effectively utilising dashboard featuresand functionalities.Conduct training sessions and workshops for internal teams andexternal stakeholders on how to leverage dashboards for data-drivendecision-making.Qualifications:Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.2+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on dashboarddevelopment and analytics tools.Strong understanding of data visualisation principles, dashboard design bestpractices, and user experience optimization.Proficiency in project management methodologies, Agile developmentprocesses, and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate withcross-functional teams and present ideas to stakeholders.Experience in the fintech or e-commerce industry is preferred, with knowledgeof brand management, merchant operations, and internal analytics workflows.
