The Product Delivery Specialist Partners (PDS) will have a multifaceted and high-impact role. You will be responsible for supporting/enabling partners for successful implementations (80%) and customer-facing implementation delivery (20%). In this critical role - the PDS will accelerate the time to value of business outcomes and ensure successful large-scale and complex implementations integrating with a robust HR tech stack (Workday, Success Factors, Oracle, etc.).While working directly with partners,you will own the delivery of successful implementations by validating implementation, integration, and data health, supporting solutions of complex customer requirements, and providing Eightfold expertise to ensure Eightfold delivers business outcomes for our customers. A customer-centric mindset and the ability to work within fast-moving implementation delivery cycles are needed.ResponsibilitiesThe PDS will: Serve as the primary point of contact for partners throughout Eightfold's Talent Intelligence Platform implementation and successful go-live journey Provide functional knowledge and expertise to guide partners and customers through complex solutions / implementations.Delivery of successful and high-quality solutions in collaboration with partners promptlyServe as an escalation point and ensure issues are being addressed quicklyConfigure Eightfold's Talent Intelligence Platformance by Best Practices to deliver business outcomes to customers quickly and effectively, driving time to valueClearly understand customer business challenges and use casesSupport testing on the platform to ensure accurate configurationCreate Project Plans - measure, track & report progress against the plansManage Eightfold project team resources and their day-to-day project tasks.Build relationships and partner with internal teams such as Product, Engineering, and Solution Architects.Conduct Post Implementation Reviews to refine best practicesWhat you bring: 2-5+ years of experience in functional consulting, professional services, project management, and partner supportExperience successfully managing or supporting large-scale ATS/HRIS system implementations such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, or other talent/recruitment management software platforms for multiple enterprise customers.
