Job Role:
In Procurement - Sourcing and Contracting, you will play an integral role within our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to strategically secure goods and services at the best possible value while ensuring strict adherence to procurement policies, regulations, and the highest ethical standards.
-Stay updated on the latest industry trends and innovations in procurement.
-Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify potential supplier alliances.
-Focus on cost optimization, risk mitigation, and enhancing the value of goods and services for Vialto.
-Evaluate suppliers based on their capabilities, performance, and financial stability.
-Thoroughly craft, review, and negotiate supplier contracts.
-Ensure that contracts align with the organization's interests and comply with regulations.
-Monitor supplier performance metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
-Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
-Maintain compliance with procurement regulations, industry norms, and Vialto's policies.
-Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key suppliers.
-Collaborate with suppliers to improve quality, reliability, and innovative solutions.
-Identify avenues for cost reduction without compromising quality.
-Utilize procurement software and tools to enhance automation and streamline processes.
-Manage procurement financials to ensure adherence to the budget.
-Lead the entire procurement process, from supplier vetting and negotiation to contract management.
