We are looking to grow our Process Mining Team as part of our Finance and Supply Chain Transformation. As part of Process Mining Team. you will drive successful implementations of Celonis technology in order to meet our customers transformational requirements, accelerate the time-to-value and drive measurable business outcomes.You will work as part of an agile, international and motivated team of Process Mining Consultants and Developers. We support Fortune 500 companies across various industries to help them drive their digital transformation with the power of process mining and the objective to achieve processes excellence across their organizationTo generate high-value use cases, you work closely with our customers and other Process Mining Consultants across the globeYou perform data transformations, develop analyses and derive business cases for our clients as part of ongoing projects or in early stages of business development activities. You develop data-driven process insights and actions and implement the newest features and functionalities of the Celonis software, such as Process Automation, Task Mining and Machine Learning.Your Responsibilities:Identify the best method for data collection, ensure the data quality, and work together with the stakeholders responsible for the data input to ensure we can correctly measure and track all necessary information.Set up data connections (Direct Connection / Flat files, etc) within Celonis environmentSet up and maintain data models/structures that would be the basis for analysis and work closely with segment teams to generate Celonis AppsSet data dictionary and maintain data governance on the created structureCollaborate with IT system experts to ensure the IT systems are set up correctly to gather all relevant information and support the most effective data structuresMaintain and extend existing Celonis data processing pipelinesResponsible for the End-to-End Celonis implementation (Data Connection / Transformation / Ongoing developments)Designs process & company specific analysis and supports the initial value realizationTransform / Configure the source data into Execution Management format through SQL/ETL methodsOwn data integration, data requirements, and data models that support analysesConfigure KPIs in Celonis and create dashboards based on requirementsEnsure technical specifications are aligned with both business needs and technical design standardsPartner with external consultants, solution providers, and managed services organizations to enable product/solution development as well as meeting documented standardsInteract with multiple organizations to track project progress, identify risks, communicate risks and status to leadership, and to assess potential impacts to the business.Generate ideas and suggestions for process and technical improvements for platforms and processes supported by the teamEnsure platforms and tools meet or exceed data security standards, including internal and external audits performedProvide solution to client being Techno-functional expertUse strong verbal and written communication skills that non-technical business and end-users can understand.Develop best practices for solution and tool frameworks, leveraging standard naming conventions, scripting and coding practices to ensure consistency of data solution.
