Process Analyst - Lease Abstraction

As Senior Practitioner -Lease Abstraction, you will be responsible for analysing and extracting critical information from commercial real estate lease documents, abstracting lease information into a database, and ensuring the accuracy of the abstracted data. Your Key Responsibilities will include:Review and analyse complex lease documents to extract critical data including lease terms, rent schedules, renewal options, and tenant and landlord obligations
Input lease data into a database, ensuring that it is accurate, complete and consistent with the lease document
Identify and resolve discrepancies in lease data between the lease document and the database
Communicate with clients, attorneys and leasing agents to clarify lease provisions and resolve any lease-related issues
Ensure timely delivery of lease abstraction reports to internal and external clients
Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations and best practices related to lease abstraction and commercial real estate leasing
