We are currently seeking a PlanView to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka (IN-KA), India (IN).
Job Title: Integration Specialist - Planview
Location: Bangalore
Job Type: Full-time
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Integration Specialist with a strong background in Planview integrations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in understanding business needs, translating them into technical specifications, and developing robust integrations. This role involves collaborating closely with customers and internal teams to deliver seamless integrations that meet organizational and project goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Requirement Analysis:
Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand business processes and integration requirements.
Conduct detailed assessments of customer systems, processes, and current integrations to identify gaps and propose solutions.
2. Specification Writing:
Translate business requirements into clear and comprehensive technical specifications.
Document integration use cases, data flow diagrams, and system architectures.
3. Integration Development & Implementation:
Develop, test, and deploy integrations using tools such as Tasktop, Planview Hub, and custom scripts.
Ensure data accuracy and system integrity during integration processes.
Configure and implement integration workflows between Planview and other platforms (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, SAP).
4. Customer Interaction & Support:
Serve as the point of contact for customers during the integration project lifecycle.
Provide technical guidance and support to customers and internal teams on integration-related issues.

5. Testing & Quality Assurance:
Conduct thorough testing of developed integrations to ensure they function as expected.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
6. Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in integration technologies.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend innovative solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in developing and managing integrations, with a focus on Planview integrations.
Technical Expertise: Proficiency with integration tools such as Snaplogic, Mulesoft, Planview Hub, and API management. Experience with data formats like XML, JSON, REST and SOAP.
Business Acumen: Strong understanding of project portfolio management and familiarity with tools such as Planview Portfolios.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and technical teams.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop actionable and efficient solutions.
Certification (preferred): Certification in Planview tools or related integration platforms is a plus.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced certifications in integration platforms or Planview solutions are advantageous.
