As a Schedular you are a member of an international team working on pioneering solutions for our global projects that will shape the energy industry of tomorrow.
Embedded in a team of specialists, you take responsibility for worldwide energy projects, executed by the Business Area EAD within the Transformation of Industry.
You are responsible for the preparation, implementation and monitoring of the integrated project schedule for large industry projects according to the stipulated rules and guidelines applicable within the project organization.
The overall objective is to provide the Project Manager with the tools and information to facilitate the overall project execution.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Set-up, configuring, processing and updating the project execution time schedule with Primavera Enterprise P6 / MS Project
- Planning and tracking for the Engineering, Procurement and Construction of industry plants at international locations (Electrical & Instrumentation Projects)
- Planning and coordination of project deadlines with Engineering Team Managers, Site Managers and suppliers over the entire duration of the contract
- Regular quantification of project progress by means of critical path analysis
- Analysis of deviations
- Elaborating appropriate countermeasures in the event of delays
- Project reporting

•You are a graduate in Engineering with consistent track record and relevant experience of 6 to 8 years in Planner /
scheduler role.
•Exposure to E&I EPC projects in Oil & Gas domain is preferred.
•Good communication skills, fluency in English. (Written and oral)
•Good Team Player & can communicate with Siemens Global regional offices.
