About this opportunity:

What you will do:
Enhance the efficiency of our delivery workforce through appropriate tools, processes, and working parameters.
Develop, implement, and manage delivery models and frameworks.
Analyze and manage performance to ensure a quality framework and reliable data trends.
Strengthen competence through career path planning, training, education, and certification.
Adhere diligently to group, legal, financial directives, and data security and privacy guidelines.
Supervise compliance with global and local environmental and occupational health and safety (E+OHS) standards.
