Role title: Organization Design and Effectiveness Principal
Function: _VOIS HR

Reports to: Head of HR, India Centre & Technology
Location: UK/India/Egypt/Romania/Hungary/Germany
Role purpose:As an Organization Design & Effectiveness Manager, you will develop and recommend macro-operating models and organization structures across _VOIS, partnering with the business on strategic priorities and transformations to ensure _VOIS is effectively organized to deliver its strategy. This role also aims to create an environment that enables our employees to reach their full potential and ensures our customers receive the highest level of service.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
Diagnose, design, deliver and monitor prioritised organization design initiatives across _VOIS, often crossing multiple functions, business units and geographies.
Lead end to end OD project delivery tailored to specific business needs, ensuring that designs are attainable and effective ways of working are established within required timelines.
Embody a strategic organization design and effectiveness partner to advise, steer, coach and amicably challenge business leaders and senior HR decision makers, whilst providing options and recommended solutions to aid decision making
Apply deep specialist OD and change expertise and consultancy to support HRBPs on specific OD initiatives, such as OD approach, application of OD tools, assurance of designs etc
Lead and manage organisational effectiveness and transformational projects
Develop best practice organizational effectiveness frameworks / tools to be used during organization, operating model and sourcing model review studies in close collaboration with Group OE.
Act as guardian of key org related KPIs (span, layer, management ratio, EC / OpEx, etc)
Lead monthly and annual headcount & employment cost budgeting & governance activities for the respective centre and service line including monthly reporting
Job evaluation for respective centre and service line
End to end change management for respective organization design projects
Key performance indicators:
Delivery of OE projects to high standards
Adherence to centre & service line headcount budgets / targets
OE metrics - Spans, Layers & Management Ratio etc.
Who you are
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
5 years of OE experience in large complex organisations, ideally management consulting experience
Impact and influence – ability to influence senior leaders working across the organisation both _VOIS & Vodafone group
Coaching – ability to coach and work collaboratively with business and HR colleagues
Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking – credibility in expertise
Strong communication skills – verbal and written
Strong project management skills
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, Masters level degree – ideal
10+ years of experience with minimum 5 years in organization effectiveness
