Oracle Cloud Financials – Delivery Lead.
The Oracle fusion cloud financials delivery lead leverages deep understanding of business processes and their technology application to design and deliver appropriate solutions.
This person must have a strong grasp of working on enterprise platforms business finance processes like Quote to cash, Source to Pay, Record to Revenue.
The person will be part of the Global Enterprise technology team within IT organization and will be responsible for both techno/functional delivery and people management.
Day-To-Day:
Play principal techno/functional role in solution delivery while working with onshore and offshore teams.
Collaborate with members of the finance and other cross functional teams on system improvements.
Support Oracle cloud platform team to implement new features & enhance existing features and work closely with other technology teams
Triage and troubleshoot in-service incidents and analyze root cause issues. Play hands-on role in problem resolution as required.
Contribute to platform health program(s)
Work effectively at all levels in an organization.
Preferred Experience:
15+ years of total experience with minimum 3-5 years of Oracle cloud finance experience as a delivery lead, Principal analyst or equivalent role along with team & project management.
Experience on Oracle financial cloud implementation project.
SME in Oracle finance cloud applications like General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Projects and Fusion Tax, customization, and approval configurations, Banking transactions. Patch upgrades.
Experience in BI Publisher reports, FBDI/ADFBDI Load, OTBI Cloud and FRS Report (Smart View, Web Studio and Sun Brust) Strong technical knowledge on Oracle Database SQL and PLSQL
Assess scope, undertake fit gap & impact analysis, size and design solutions.
Providing inputs to project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Working experience on Agile principles and processes (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
Assertive leadership skills coupled with proactive management style, capable of taking strong decisions that can help transform business.
Customer focused, action oriented and committed to driving quality results.
Forward looking with a holistic and strategic viewpoint.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Information Technology with over 15 years of extensive experience in financial systems and management.
