Job Description:
We are looking for an ambitious and driven "Operational Excellence Manager" to drive new business models and operational efficiencies in our SI EA CS Business
Responsibilities :
• Responsible for ideating and driving new execution models for the Service business and factory operations
• Drive cost optimization and purchase productivity
• Construct execution models for new sales initiatives, identify new business models and pricing strategies
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Purchase, Field Service, Execution, Project Management, Factory) and HQ
Skills and Abilities Required :
• A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/ Electronics engineering is required with minimum 15-20yrs experience
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Self-starter able to lead multiple projects simultaneously
• Shown success working on cross-functional teams
