We are currently seeking a Operation Support Manager to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).
Responsible for Operation support of LifeSys Platform
Responsible for code elevation in all environments
Responsible for Dev Ops activities
Responsible for client communication on critical issues.
Participate in monthly governance/operations discussions with stakeholders
Responsible for all internal KPI and external client SLA's for operations scope

Work with teams across regions (US, Canada and India) for resolutions of tickets and identifying permanent fix.
Liaise with internal & external clients for weekly, bi-weekly and quarterly meetings / reports
Works with internal Admin leadership for peak-season readiness
Join weekly CAB meetings to review and approve the changes
Join weekly project release meetings to review project elevations planned and arrange appropriate teams for support for post production validations
Support sales / CE/CDE's on the upcoming new deals and provide appropriate information on estimation from
